With all our Birmingham Serviced Apartments, they are self-check-in, meaning you won’t have to meet or greet anyone to enter!
Either collect a key from a collection point or use the key safe/lockbox which we will send you details too.
In addition to this, we have a whole detailed entry page to each apartment giving you information on how to find the keys, video guides and much more. As well as a Guest Guidebook in the apartment!

1) On your way out please feel free to leave the windows open so the apartment can have some fresh air in whilst the cleaners arrive.
2) TURN OFF ALL HEATING & LOCK THE DOORS, then hand the keys back to the store where you collected them.
If you have time to send us a quick message when you leave we’d really appreciate it. That will help us alert our cleaners for the next guests.
